FluxMeta is the perfect example of what Perl users can achieve by knowing a little Perl. FluxMeta reaches a document trough the Internet, then retrieves the following html meta tags : title, description and keywords.If the document does not have any, FluxMeta builds the meta tags on user input, it analyzes the user input, or the preexisting meta tags from recommended length, then inserts the new meta tags in the document, zips the document, and aloud user to get the file, by email or to download it.The Barranquilla Perl Users Group is starting group of users of perl, that promotes the use of Perl.
